My apologies as it has been about a week since I've posted anything. I've been semi-mia since I'm no longer in NYC. For those who don't already know, I'm currently in Paris! My family and I are staying in Paris for a good majority of my summer vacation. The best thing about coming back is always seeing old relatives and being stuffed with their delicious homemade foods.

I also thought I should share my experience with all you wanderlusters out there on XL Airways in case you ever think of flying with them. The flight was not that enjoyable because of its small space but you get what you pay for. In terms of baggage, they only let you check in one at 50 pounds (I think. Best to check their site.) Currently they're the cheapest airlines to fly with if you're hoping to go from NY to Paris for cheap. There are no mini tv's and the food is alright. Airplane food hasn't ever been my best friend anyway. One thing I do like about this airline is the smell of the airplane. Call me weird but airplanes have a smell and I can not stand it. If there is the smell, I automatically feel nauseous and it'll only mean a long and torturous flight. Good news was their airplane smelled normal - thank goodness. Overall I wouldn't fly with them if I didn't care about price but for those who don't have bills flowing out of my wallet, XL Airways will have to do.
